Donita Ross Administrative Pastor
Pastor Ross is a full – time pastor who loves God and one whom loves God’s people. His secular career was in the Engineering field of Computer Aided Drafting and Design. He graduated from the Phoenix Institute of Technology in Architectural Drafting & Design and attained an Associate of Applied Science Degree from the Art Institute of Dallas. He had a successful career in engineering and management for 15 years before being called to full – time ministry. Dr. Ross was called into the ministry in 1996. As the Apostle Paul, Apostle Ross has counted his secular education and career as dung that he may win Christ… (Philippians 3:8). In July 2003, he was led to organize New Faith Community Bible Church and New Faith Ministries; in 2004, he organized an Accredited Bible College named the School of the Scripture; in 2006, he became one of the founding pastors of Kingdom Connections Church in Marianna, AR.; in 2007, he organized (KCIFM) Kingdom Connections International Fellowship of Ministries, Inc.; in 2008 he also organized (KCI) Kingdom Connections International, Inc., a Non- Profit developed to change communities worldwide in the spirit of compassion. In addition to his organizational endeavors, Dr. Ross has an enriched education; he received an honorary doctorate degree from the School of the Scripture in Dallas, TX; earned his Bachelors in Religious Education; earned his Masters in Religious Education; and earned his Doctorate in Religious Education. He is cureently continuing his studies at Sonship School of the Firtsborn in Killeen, TX www.sonshipschoolonline.com He also a volunteer for Kairos Prison Ministry and serves on the advisory board for the Eastern Arkansas Regional Unit in Brickeys, AR. Keith was blessed to marry his high school sweetheart, Donita and they have two wonderful children.
Lady Donita Ross is a spirit filled anointed speaker. She is devoted to her husband and committed to the call of God. Her empowerment lies between being a catalyst for growth for women in ministry and a love for youth. Her secular education and employment is inclusive of being currently employed in the behavioral health field at Mid-South Health Systems where she is currently the Director for CASA of the Arkansas Delta; She attended the University of Arkansas at Jonesboro and DeVry University and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services with honors as Summa Cum Laude.
Alongside, her husband, Lady Ross helped organize the School of the Scripture in 2006. Her spiritual studies include an honorary doctorate degree in ministry from the School of the Scripture in Dallas, TX in 2004; Bachelors in Christian Counseling; and a Masters in Christian Counseling in 2006. She was ordained as an Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, under the Kingdom Connections International Fellowship of Ministries banner in October 2010, under the leadership of Apostle Ross. Lady Donita Ross is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society, and GIRLS Group.

Elias Hill III - Elder/Congregational Pastor
Pastor Elias Hill III is married to his lovely wife Carolyn A. Hill. They have two children ~ Tammekia Fraction and Elias Hill IV and two grandchild ~ Kierra & Delamar Fraction. He served as the Associate Pastor at Union Liberty M.B. Church in Brickey's AR from 1999 - March 2009. In May 2009 he united with Kingdom Connections Church of Marianna, AR., where he is a active member, Ministerial Pastor and the Apostle Ross's Armour Bearer. His secular career is ~ the Owner and Operator of Hill Brothers Pallet Company of Marianna, AR. His Motto is ~ I Got to Clean up What I messed up and Start My Life Over Again. He is currently working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Religious Eduation at the School of the Scripture. He was ordained as an Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, under the Kingdom Connections International Fellowship of Ministries umbrella in October of 2010, under the leadership of Apostle Keith Ross. Stephanie Walker - Elder/Associate Pastor
Minister Stephanie Foreman is married to Jimmy Walker. They have one daughter and son-in-law and two beautiful grandchildren. She is an active member and associate minister of Kingdom Connections Church of Marianna, AR. Her secular career is in insurance brokerage. She graduated from Philander Smith College of Little Rock, AR with a B.S. in Biology. She also graduated from the Full Counsel School of Ministry of Little Rock, AR with a Diploma in Pastoral Counseling. She also has a Masters Degree of Pastoral Counseling from Central Christian University of Lexington, NC. She is the founder of the Light of Zion Ministries of Marianna, AR. She earned a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling from the School of the Scripture in June 2006. She is currently working towards her Doctorate in Christian Counseling. She was ordained as an Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, under the Kingdom Connections International Fellowship of Ministries umbrella in October of 2010, under the leadership of Apostle Keith Ross. We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
Lois Johnson-Paschal - Elder/Associate Minister
Minister Lois Paschal is the wife of Bro. Calvin Paschel. They have three children and three grandchildren. She received her Bachelor in Education from Philander Smith College of Little Rock, AR. She is an elementary teacher in the Lee County School District. She is an anointed speaker and teacher of God's word and offers her support in any other divine position that God allows her to serve. She also uses her gifts and talents in the KCC childrens ministry we call "Kiddie Connections". She earned a Masters in Christian Counseling from the School of the Scripture in 2006. She is currently working towards her Doctorate. We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
Corey Foreman - Elder/Ministerial/Youth Pastor
Elder Corey Foreman is a humble and native servant of Lee County, Arkansas. An avid evangelist who has been anointed to work for God, Elder Foreman joined the staff of Kingdom Connections Church in 2005 and became an ordained Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ two years later. He currently serves as Youth Minister, a position he has held for the past eight years. In this capacity, he gives vision and leadership to the church’s most sacred members—its youth. In 2007, Elder Foreman founded Boys II Men, a youth development program that aims to provide tools for youth to explore, expand, and build their faith through education, encouragement, and support. He often times proclaims to the youth that “. . . where you are today is not really where you are; but when you have faith, you can go places, and when you get there, you can do things.”
In addition to fulfilling his ministerial duties at Kingdom Connections, Elder Foreman bares the responsibilities associated with being a case worker, advisor, and student. He works as a case worker for Kids for the Future, Inc. where he addresses the mental health needs of children and young adults. He is also an active member of the Our Story Conference and the Writing for the Soul Workshop Boards of Directors. Elder Foreman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration as well as bachelor and master’s degrees in Christian Counseling. He is currently enrolled in Amridge University where he is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling in concert with a Doctorate in Christian Counseling at the School of the Scripture. In his spare time, he can be found traveling, reading, cooking, meeting new people, planning events, and living up to his motto, “I just want to be in to what God is up to.”
Christopher Stanley - Associate Minister
Minister Christopher Stanley is married to his wonderful wife Patrice. They have 3 lovely children ~ Christopher Jr. Ebony and Mayanna. He received his calling into the ministry in April of 2004 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the Late Pastor Hal Johnson. He is an active member and Associate Minister at Kingdom Connections Church. His secular career is as a truck driver for the City of Helena-West Helena. He earned a Associate Degree in Biblical Studies in June 2009 from the School of the Scripture. He is currently working toward his Bachelors in Religious Education . He was ordained as an Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, under the Kingdom Connections International Fellowship of Ministries umbrella in October of 2010, under the leadership of Apostle Keith Ross. We are fortunate to have him on our staff.
Deborah Brown - Assoc. Minister/Adminstrative Asst.
Minister Deborah Brown is a native of Lee County. She has a vast background of occupational experiences which includes social work, education, both private corporations and non – profit entities. She accepted her calling into the ministry in June, 2003. Minister Brown is the founder of Doors to Destiny Ministry. Her God given mission and vision is to empower others to live a life of purpose. While living in the Texas area a total of six years, she facilitated women’s conferences throughout the DFW Metroplex that were both practically and spiritually engaging. Her ministerial endeavors also include attending the Potters Institute in Dallas, TX, for biblical studies and spiritual endowment; Prayer Fast International Ministries in Red Oak, TX, where she was equipped to serve as an intercessor. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and has completed general practice paralegal studies at Southeastern in Dallas, TX. She is the mother of one daughter, and has been inspired to help cultivate and motivate our youth to live a life of progression. Minister Brown is a member of Kingdom Connections Church where she serves on the youth ministerial team. She is also active in the capacity of public service in the local community. She is also the Honorable Mayor of Haynes, Arkansas. We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
Debetta Bray - Associate Minister
Minister Bray accepted her calling into the ministry under the leadership of Apostle Ross in August 2012. Her favorite scripture is John 9:4: “I must work the work of him that sent me, while it is day; the night cometh, when no man can work.” Minister Debetta Jo Bray is a native of Marianna, AR. She is the mother of 4 children and 2 step children and grandmother of 20 grand-children. Minister Bray works as a subtitute teacher in the Lee County School District and has her CDL license to drive trucks. She was a member of New Bethel Church under the leadership of Pastor Cecil Coleman before joining Kingdom Connection Church. She attended School of the Scripture and is a member of the Pastor’s Aid Committee, Mission Department, Wonder Women outreach ministry, Transportation Driver, and most importantly, she is the church custodian who keeps God's house clean and in order.We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
Jessica Pontoo - Associate Minister
Minister Jessica Pontoo is the devoted wife of Philip Pontoo and loving mother of three children: Just‘us (11), X’xavier (8), and Addison (2). In 2006, Min. Pontoo joined Burning Bush International Ministries of Ypsilanti, MI and served under the leadership of Apostle Don W. Shelby in many capacities including as choir recruiter, nurse, youth leader, writer for DWS ministries and editor for Ignite magazine. She was also very faithful in the singles’, women’s, and drama ministries. In 2008, Min. Pontoo graduated Cum Laude from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Africana Studies. In 2011, she was accepted as a Teach for America corps member for the Lee County School District and she and her family moved from Detroit, MI to Marianna, AR. In 2012, she co-founded The Princess Project, a faith-based girls’ mentorship program that seeks to develop at-risk youth in the areas of identity, intimacy, and integrity. In January 2013, she and her family united with Kingdom Connections Church and she accepted her calling to ministry shortly thereafter under the leadership of Apostle Keith Ross. Min. Pontoo loves to serve in any capacity which there is a need and is always willing to share her gifts with the kingdom including writing, teaching, and performing. We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
Kendal Brister - Associate Ministe
Kendal is a father of 4 children. He accepted his calling to the ministry under the Leadership of Apostle Ross in January 2007. From that time he has served in the media ministry, finances and Boys II Men as a youth minister. He currently works in the food industry in which he has held for over 10 years. His current roll now working as QFS Supervisor for Kelloggs in Rossville TN. Kendal always ready and willing to help in any to build the body of Christ. We are fortunate to have him on our staff.
Carolyn Hill - Financial Secretary
Sis. Carolyn Hill is married to her handsome husband of 29 years, Pastor Elias Hill III. They have two children, Tammekia Fraction and Elias Hill IV, and two grandchildren, Kierra and Delamar Fraction, one son-in-law, Delamar Fraction Sr. and one daughter-in-law, Kelsie Hill. Sis Carolyn is a native of Marianna and graduated from Lee High School in 1978. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro for 3 years, studying Graphics Communication. She served as Pastor's Aide President and Choir President at Union Liberty for several years. She joined Kindgom Connections Church in March of 2009, where she serves as the financial secretary and Armorbearer for Lady Donita Ross. Her current secular career is in Health Services. She was employed with the Courier Index from 1982-1991 and the Lee County School District 1991-1993. Her motto is: "Prayer is the key and Faith unlocks the door!." Her closing statement is "I Love being a part of Kingdom Connections Church, where Jesus is Lord." We are fortunate to have her on our staff.
